A minimum ATAR of 70 is required for guaranteed entry. The minimum qualification for university entry is a Certificate IV, which also qualifies for admission to Curtin courses with a 70 ATAR. English language proficiency is mandatory. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants who do not meet minimum criteria can access tailored bridging courses through the Centre for Aboriginal Studies to facilitate entry.
