Applicants must hold an Australian bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a WAM of at least 65%. Degree completion within the last five years in Exercise Science is required, including prerequisites in Anatomy and Physiology, Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, Exercise Psychology, and Motor Control and Learning. Candidates with postgraduate study or relevant work experience beyond five years may be considered. A personal statement is mandatory. International applicants must demonstrate English proficiency with an IELTS score of at least 6.5, with no band below 6.0. Only candidates eligible for accreditation by Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) as exercise scientists are eligible for admission.
