    Applicants must have completed Grade 12 English (ENG4C or equivalent) with a minimum of 60%, Mathematics (MAP4C or equivalent) with 60%, Biology (Grade 11 or 12) with 60%, Chemistry (Grade 11 or 12) with 60%, and Physics (Grade 11 or 12) with 60%. All candidates are required to pass the Algonquin College Health Program Admissions Test (AC-HPAT), which is administered once per academic cycle and used to determine eligibility and ranking. English language proficiency must be demonstrated through an IELTS score of at least 6.5 overall (with no band below 6.0), TOEFL iBT score of 88, or Duolingo DET score of 120 (minimum 120 in Literacy and no score below 105). Applicants must also complete an assessment of their knowledge and skills at the Test Centre and pay the associated exam fee.
