Applicants must possess an Ontario College Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Culinary Management, Hospitality Management, Human Nutrition and Dietetics, or related fields, including at least two courses in food production and preparation. Conditional acceptance may be granted pending completion of up to two additional culinary or food management courses. Consideration is also given to applicants with a one-year college certificate in culinary or hospitality programs, provided they have completed a minimum of 600 hours of hospitality-related coursework. English language proficiency requirements include an IELTS score of 6.5 overall (minimum 6.0 in each band), a TOEFL iBT score of 88 (minimum 22 in each component), or a Duolingo English Test score of 120, with no score below 105.
