    Applicants must possess an Ontario College Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in relevant fields such as Health Science, Community Services, Food and Nutrition Management, Nursing, Recreation and Leisure, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related management experience of at least three years. Individual assessments may require completion of an Eligibility Package. English language proficiency is mandatory, with minimum scores of IELTS 6.5 overall (minimum 6.0 in each band), TOEFL iBT 88 (minimum 22 per component), or Duolingo 120, with no score below 105 in Literacy.
