Applicants must possess an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, along with Grade 12 English and Mathematics (C, M, or U). A valid Oil Burner 3 license or a minimum of 75% on the Oil Burner 3 practical evaluation is required. Students without a valid Gas Technician 3 license cannot participate in work placements or challenge the Gas Technician 2 TSSA exam. It is the student's responsibility to obtain TSSA licensing for work placement eligibility.
