They must have completed at least one advanced microeconomics and macroeconomics course beyond the intermediate level (equivalent to Econ 4T03 and Econ 4TT3 at McMaster) and one upper-level statistics or econometrics course (equivalent to Econ 3EE3). Candidates with a three-year undergraduate degree are advised to complete additional coursework or a one-year MA to meet eligibility, as a three-year degree alone may not be considered equivalent to an Honours BA.
