The Master’s thesis is then to be written in the student’s field of choice.
Applicants should hold an above-average Bachelor's degree, equivalent to a German grade of 2.5 (good) or better, in Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Political Science, Computer Science, Sociology, or Psychology. Final-year students are eligible to apply. Submission of an academic transcript in English or German, along with two recommendation letters from university instructors, is required. While not mandatory, GRE scores are recommended for applicants whose undergraduate degree was not obtained in Germany. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate proficiency in at least two focus areas through three courses during their Bachelor's studies.
