    Applicants must hold a Second Class Honours Grade I in a primary honours degree (NFQ Level 8) or a postgraduate degree (NFQ Level 9 or equivalent) in a relevant scientific or medical discipline, such as Audiology, Anatomy, Biomedical Science, Engineering, Social Sciences, Speech and Language Therapy, Medicine, Nursing, or Education. Exceptional candidates without an honours degree may be considered upon review of their qualifications and experience, subject to approval by the School of Clinical Therapies. Applications under Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) are assessed based on educational background, relevant work experience, and motivation, with a mandatory motivational statement required.
