    Applicants must hold a minimum second-class Level 8 honours degree (QQI NFQ or equivalent) in a relevant field or demonstrate equivalent prior learning recognized by the University. Candidates with lower qualifications may be considered if they possess substantial industrial experience and can demonstrate the ability to undertake Masters-level study. Proficiency in English is required. Applicants should have at least two years of relevant experience in continuous improvement roles, preferably in frontline management, and be positioned to influence organizational change.
