Applicants must hold a first or second class Level 8 honours degree (NFQ or equivalent) in a relevant field such as psychology, HRM, or HRD. Those with an accredited psychology degree by the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) are eligible, with the responsibility to verify recognition. International applicants require a qualification equivalent to an Irish or UK honours bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
