Applicants must have A-level grades BBB-BBC, including a B in Welsh. Those with an A in the Extended/International Project Qualification (EPQ/IPQ) may receive an offer one grade lower. For the International Baccalaureate, a score of 31-30 overall or 6-5-5 in three Higher Level subjects is required, along with a Welsh language qualification equivalent to grade B at A-level. From September 2023, the new Advanced Skills Baccalaureate Wales (Level 3) will be accepted in lieu of one A-level, provided the specified grades are met. All subject-specific requirements must be fulfilled.
