    Applicants must have GCSE Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent), or possess relevant industry experience. Additionally, candidates should meet one of the following criteria: a Level 3 Diploma (or extended Diploma) apprenticeship or equivalent in Motorsport Engineering, Automotive Maintenance, Automotive Engineering, or another engineering discipline; or an A-level in Maths and/or Physics (minimum UCAS points equivalent). A CV demonstrating practical automotive or motorsport engineering experience, or involvement with motorsport activities such as volunteering with a team, is required. Applicants lacking practical experience may be asked to volunteer with a motorsport team as a condition of admission.
