    Applicants must hold a minimum of a 2:2 honours degree or equivalent in any subject, with GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or above in English Language and Mathematics. Relevant professional qualifications and work experience may be considered on an individual basis. Candidates are required to attend an interview and submit a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) document, demonstrating at least 500 hours of occupational or voluntary care work and 700 hours of relevant theoretical learning, evidenced through prior education or practice experience.
