Candidates with other qualifications will be considered based on merit and the scope of their proposed research. Typically, applicants are enrolled in an MSc/PhD or MRes/PhD program with a transfer to PhD contingent on satisfactory progress. Those with a Master’s degree that includes a significant research component may be eligible for direct registration into a PhD, provided they submit a robust research proposal and demonstrate research expertise.
