Applicants to the MSc in Multimedia must hold a four-year undergraduate degree in Computing Science, Computer Engineering, or a related Science or Engineering field, with demonstrated coding and implementation experience. A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale from the University of Alberta or an equivalent recognized institution is required, calculated over the last 60 units or two years of full-time coursework. Submission of a CV, multimedia-related professional certificates or diplomas, and a multimedia project portfolio is mandatory. Industrial experience may be considered favorably during the admission review process. These are minimum eligibility criteria.
