Additionally, applicants must submit the Common Application teacher evaluation form in English, and for early decision applicants, an Early Decision Agreement form with all signatures. A biographical photo page of the passport is also required. All applicants must demonstrate proficiency in at least two years of a foreign language and two and a half years of college-preparatory mathematics as part of the admission criteria.
