    Applicants without a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Cal State Fullerton must submit a 5-7 page Spanish writing sample and two letters of recommendation. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution, a minimum GPA of 2.5 in the last 60 semester units, and a GPA of at least 3.0 in Spanish coursework are required. Candidates must also demonstrate proficiency in Spanish through a satisfactory evaluation and complete an upper-division English writing course with a grade of 'C' or better.
