    Applicants must submit a completed Graduate Admission Application along with the application fee. Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended, including undergraduate and graduate studies, must be sent to graduate@coastal.edu. Candidates are required to complete 30 credit hours of designated content coursework in the relevant area. Two professional recommendations are necessary, submitted via the application. A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 in the content area and 2.75 overall is required. Standardized test scores must be recent (within five years), with a minimum of 146 on the verbal and 140 on the quantitative sections of the GRE, or a minimum score of 388 on the Miller Analogies Test. Final admission approval is contingent upon review and recommendation by the Graduate Admissions Committee.
