ContentThe Environmental Studies major prepares students to investigate the complexity of socio-ecological relationships.Students use approaches from multiple disciplines across the social sciences, humanities, and natural sciences to pursue interdisciplinary inquiry and problem-solving. Students will be able to articulate the ways institutions, societies, and individuals respond to and shape environmental outcomes.
Applicants must submit either the Common Application or Coalition Application, including a writing supplement if using the Common Application. There is no application fee. Required documentation includes a school report and official transcripts from secondary or post-secondary institutions, along with examination results such as GCSE/O levels or IB if applicable. Two teacher evaluations are also required. Financial aid applicants must submit CSS Financial Aid PROFILE and demonstrate adequate financial support if not applying for scholarships.
