Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution or be currently enrolled in a BSRS program at Concordia University Wisconsin. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required. Candidates must complete at least 8 semester credits in Human Anatomy & Physiology with lab components and a grade of B or higher, along with 3 semester credits in Statistics with a B or higher. Submission of official transcripts from all institutions attended, three recommendation letters addressing academic potential and suitability for occupational therapy, and essays specific to the chosen track are mandatory. Additionally, applicants must document 40 hours of job shadowing experience. Post-baccalaureate applicants must submit an online OTCAS application.
