    Applicants must submit the Haverford Common Application, a Personal Statement, the Haverford Supplement and Honor Code essay, a School Report with recent transcripts (including first-quarter grades for early decision applicants), a School Profile, and two Teacher Evaluations in core subjects. An application fee of $65 or fee waiver is required. As soon as first-term grades are available, students must submit the Mid-Year School Report and transcript. Optional standardized test scores (SAT or ACT) may enhance the application.
