    Applicants must submit the Haverford Common Application, a personal statement, the Haverford Supplement and Honor Code essay, a school report with recent transcripts (including first-quarter grades for early decision applicants), a school profile, and counselor report. Two teacher evaluations in English, Math, Science, Social Studies, or Foreign Language are required. An application fee of $65 or fee waiver is necessary. As soon as first-term grades are available, students must submit the Mid-Year School Report and transcript. Optional standardized test scores include the SAT or ACT.
