    Applicants must meet general requirements, including holding standard or provisional teaching certification, a statement of teaching eligibility, or a role description as educational support personnel. Educational support candidates can earn the degree but cannot use it for initial teacher certification. Additional prerequisites include a minimum GRE score of 283 (verbal and quantitative combined) with a 2.5 on the analytic writing section, or a Miller Analogies Test score of 31 (scaled score 381-386). A minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.75 is required. Candidates must demonstrate computer proficiency through coursework or assessments.
