Applicants must submit a completed New York Tech Online or Common Application, along with a $50 nonrefundable fee, transcripts of all high school and college coursework, two letters of recommendation, a 300-350 word essay expressing their motivation to pursue nursing, an Affidavit of Support, and a bank statement demonstrating financial support. Freshman, transfer, and post-baccalaureate students without prerequisite coursework are admitted as Nursing Intent Students (NIS), who must complete all prerequisites before progressing into nursing courses. The application deadline is October 1 for spring admission and April 1 for fall admission.
