Applicants must submit a completed application through ATCAS and achieve a minimum grade of 'C' or better in prerequisite courses including Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Introduction to Psychology. Additional requirements include CPR/AED certification, a minimum overall GPA of 3.0, a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, 50 hours of clinical observation under an athletic trainer's supervision, two professional recommendation letters (one from the supervising trainer), a resume, a personal statement, verification of meeting technical standards, and official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.
