Applicants must hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution, complete all prerequisite coursework, and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in both overall and science coursework. Submission of official transcripts, personal statements, a detailed résumé or CV highlighting extracurricular activities, employment, volunteer work, recognitions, and awards is required. Additionally, applicants must provide two letters of recommendation from professors or occupational therapists/employers (family or friends are not accepted). A minimum of 20 hours of volunteer shadowing experience in at least two different occupational therapy settings or a volunteer substitution document must be submitted.
