    Applicants must submit a completed application form with a $50 nonrefundable fee, official transcripts from all postsecondary institutions, and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale. Additionally, they must provide official Praxis II Content Knowledge Test scores (if available), and ACTFL OPI and WPT scores with a minimum of Advanced Low. Two Disposition Reference Forms—one from a faculty or supervisor involved in child/youth activities and one from a work supervisor—are required, along with two letters of recommendation from relevant supervisors. A personal Statement of Educational Philosophy, current résumé, and successful interview with an M.A.T. advisor are also necessary. An approved plan of study, endorsed by the advisor and dean, must be submitted prior to enrollment.
