    Applicants must submit a completed graduate application with a non-refundable fee, hold a baccalaureate degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, and meet prerequisite coursework requirements including General Biology with lab, Human Anatomy and Physiology I & II with labs, each with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Additional requirements include official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions, two letters of recommendation (one academic, one professional or volunteer), relevant shadowing or volunteer experience in occupational therapy, and a successful interview with the Admissions Committee.
