    Applicants must submit two graduate applications: an online international student application and a departmental application. Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions, including English translations, and a copy of the degree diploma are required. English proficiency must be demonstrated through standardized test scores or completion of an Intensive English Program. A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required for the last 90 quarter or 60 semester credits. Candidates must hold an accredited bachelor's or higher degree, as recognized by the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers.
