Candidates must hold a law degree from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school or an approved foreign law degree. Those with non-ABA-accredited U.S. law degrees must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state, provide a good standing certificate from that state’s bar, and demonstrate a strong interest or experience in elder law or related fields.
