    Applicants must submit official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended, along with a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross. Proof of health insurance and malpractice insurance are required. Foreign transcripts must be evaluated by a NACES-accredited agency such as WES. English proficiency scores, a teacher or counselor recommendation, and a personal essay are mandatory. First-year students or recent high school graduates, as well as transfer students with post-secondary coursework, are eligible. A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.80 and a grade of C or higher in all prerequisite sciences are required, with three sciences completed by the application deadline.
