    Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0, and demonstrate proficiency in a science content area (Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, or Physics) through coursework or major credits. Submission of official transcripts, a personal statement reflecting beliefs about student learning and diversity, three recommendation letters, a resume or CV, and a successful interview are required. Applicants without existing NYS science certification are eligible, provided they meet all other criteria. Prior teaching experience is not mandatory.
