    Applicants must be at least 16 years old before the first day of classes and must have graduated from high school. Proof of English proficiency is required. International applicants considered as traditional freshmen (less than 5 years since high school graduation) or as freshmen/transfer students (less than 5 years since high school graduation with fewer than 30 transferable college credits) must submit official SAT or ACT scores and meet standard freshman criteria. If required, applicants must complete Accuplacer testing prior to admission, which can be scheduled at UNG campuses in Dahlonega, Gainesville, or Oconee, or remotely for international students outside Georgia and the US.
