Applicants must submit a completed Common Application along with a $65 fee, official high school transcripts, and standardized test scores (SAT or ACT) sent electronically using URI's designated codes (3919 for SAT, 3818 for ACT). A personal essay and at least one letter of recommendation are required; school counselors' letters are preferred. Pharmacy applicants must provide two recommendation letters. Final high school transcripts confirming graduation are due by July 15 for admitted students. All admission requirements are contingent upon successful completion of senior coursework and graduation.
