A personal essay and at least one letter of recommendation are required; if submitted by a school counselor, additional teacher evaluations are unnecessary. Pharmacy applicants must submit two recommendation letters. Final high school transcripts confirming graduation are due by July 15. Admission is contingent upon successful completion of all senior coursework and graduation.
