Additionally, students must submit medical documentation including immunization records for measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus, varicella, and hepatitis B (if under 19). International students are required to purchase VSU medical insurance and submit a copy of their passport and visa. All documents must be sealed, official, and submitted as specified.
