    Applicants must complete the online application, submit official high school and college transcripts in sealed envelopes, and demonstrate English proficiency. Additional requirements include a Certificate of Finances showing a minimum of $36,124 for nine months, a medical form with proof of required immunizations (measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus, varicella, and hepatitis B if under 19), and international students must purchase the VSU medical insurance plan. A copy of the passport and visa must be provided to the Office of Admissions.
