A comprehensive resume or curriculum vitae detailing education, work, research experience, publications, certifications, licenses, grants, professional affiliations, awards, honors, presentations, and teaching experience is required. Two professional letters of recommendation on official letterhead, including contact information and credentials, are necessary. Candidates must hold a current Michigan RN license; out-of-state and international applicants must provide valid RN licensure for their respective regions. A personal statement outlining graduate study goals is required. The application fee is waived for the Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 intakes.
